About Us
Słupsk Regional Branch of the Polish Angling Association is honored to host on our waters fly fishing competitors from all over Europe. We are responsible for water management in the Middle Pomerania region. Since 1975 we have been developing recreational fishing on ca. 3000 ha of rivers and lakes. Currently the Regional branch of the Polish Angling Association has 7,300 members in 51 Circles.
Our activities focus on sourcing spawners, running a hatchery, stocking as well as protecting and improving aquatic environment. We support the environmental protection by countetaracting the poaching activities, building fish passes on river dams, building spawning areas and removing garbage and waste from our fishing venues. Additionally, we provide angling and environmental education to children and young fishermen.
The Słupsk Regional Branch organizes angling competitions in a range of fishing disciplines, in all age categories. Słupsk Team members have proved successful in Poland national competitions, especially in fly fishing, marine boat fishing and surfcasting.
